Solitario Exploration & Royalty (, ), is a Colorado-based explorer of mineral properties located in Peru, Brazil, Mexico and the US. The Company’s focus is on gold and silver, and has advanced projects with platinum, palladium, zinc and lead.
Solitario utilizes a Net Profit Interest (NPI) Royalty structured joint venture model in its partnership with global mining companies including Anglo Platinum, Newmont, Buenaventura and (Votorantim ) thus minimizing financial risk and shareholder dilution while maintaining its ability to make major discoveries.
Solitario presently has a joint venture with Ely Gold to earn up to an 80% interest in the Mt. Hamilton advanced gold project situated at the southern end of the prolific Battle Mountain gold trend in eastern Nevada.
